If you are experiencing acute or chronic pain or discomfort feeling, you need to see the physio. There is likely an underlying issue causing the pain and can be diagnosed and treated by physio.

However, Worker's Compensation, Veteran's Affair, Enhanced Primary Care (EPC), and Compulsory Third Party (CTP) etc. require a referral from your GP.

Is Physiotherapy Covered by Medicare?

You may be eligible for up to five allied health sessions per calendar year under Chronic Disease Management Plan (previously Enhanced Primary Care Plan or EPC), partly covered by medicare. A small gap is payable in most cases, and your rebate is typically paid later the same day. You will need a referral from your GP.

- Any relevant medical information including X-rays, MRIs, medical or operation reports etc.

- Comfortable clothing in the form of shorts and a singlet.

What are your cancellation policies?

We have a 24 hour cancellation/no show policy.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please respect our time and give us at least 24 hrs notice. This allows us to offer the time to other families waiting for a physiotherapy appointment. Full fee will be applied to missed or cancelled appointments if less than 24 hours notice is given.
